Citrus Salad Dressing
Makes approximately 1 ½ cups
INGREDIENTS
- 1 tbsp orange zest
- ¼ cup Meyer lemon juice
- 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, peeled and pressed
- 2 tsp GC Lavender Finishing Sea Salt
- tsp ground pepper
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
TO PREPARE
- Put all ingredients into blender and blend until emulsified.
TO SERVE
Drizzle 1-2 tbsp over a butter lettuce composed salad
