Citrus Salad Dressing

Makes approximately 1 ½ cups

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tbsp orange zest
  • ¼ cup Meyer lemon juice
  • 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, peeled and pressed
  • 2 tsp GC Lavender Finishing Sea Salt
  • tsp ground pepper
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard

TO PREPARE

  1. Put all ingredients into blender and blend until emulsified.

TO SERVE

Drizzle 1-2 tbsp over a butter lettuce composed salad
