4 FAB foodie Recipes for Football

We are all excited for the Super Bowl, but what should you make for the watch party?  Not all food is created equal and when it comes to getting a touchdown from your guests, getting the menu perfect is almost as important as watching the commercials.  We collected a few of our favorites for your last tailgate of the season and paired them with some fabulous wines.  Dip into your wine library and score with these combos!

Dry Rub Baby Back Ribs:

Why are these a great choice?  You can make them ahead of time and cut them into smaller segments to serve as more of a finger food or small plate.  Ribs are perfect for the sweet savory flavors you expect at a tale gate!  Try pairing served with any beverage of choice, but we prefer a nice rich red like our Gabrielle Collection Juxtaposition, Cabernet Sauvignon, Napa Valley.  This signature wine is a delight for foodies- velvety yet elegantly balanced. It is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon & Syrah and works perfectly with a variety of dishes.
