Crémant Méthode Traditionnelle, used to produce our Brut, is a method used internationally outside the Champaign region of France to produce sparkling of elegance. The first fermentation of Chardonnay is 10% in French oak barrel and 90% stainless, adding depth and creaminess. Pinot Noir is fermented in stainless steel. The second fermentation of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay happens in a large sealed stainless steel tank, trapping the carbon dioxide. As the pressure builds, the entire tank of wine carbonates at once.

The Wine

Our Sparkling Brut is produced using the Cremant Méthode Traditionnelle, which creates a refined sparkling with secondary fermentation occurring in a pressurized stainless steel tank. It is a blend of Chardonnay with a little Pinot Noir, featuring refined bubbles for a classic sparkling experience. A refreshing wine meant to drink young!

Tasting Notes

A richly textured sparkling with enticing aromas of toast, fig and citrus with fresh floral notes followed by flavors of green apple and pear. The mouthfeel has weight with a touch of luxurious complexity and an elegant finish of crisp acidity.

Makes a great Mimosa, French 75, Kir and Gabrielle’s Brut with Raspberries . Perfect for brunch and Happy Hour. Pair with shellfish- shrimp, crab, lobster; and with fish- salmon, halibut, and sea bass. It is a refreshing partner with a wide range of cheeses. Great to just sip!

Cellaring

Charmant Méthode sparkling wines are not meant to age. Drinkable immediately or within a few years.
