The Wine

The Cabernet Sauvignon is organically grown at the O’Connell Family Estate Vineyard. The fruit is prized for its ability to harmonize flavor components into a seamless tasting experience- smooth and elegant. A meticulously crafted wine that blends our distinctive blocks: French Gate, Apple, Olive and Creek. The grapes are touched only by human hand: precise hand pruning, selective reduction of fruit bunches to balance vine load vine-by-vine, hand harvesting and hand sorting of every cluster.

Tasting Notes

The premiere estate vineyard blocks are blended to create a sleek wine that consistently brings a sense of place into the glass. Provocative dark fruit aromas with an exotic spiciness draws you into the glass. Then explore the richly textured yet elegantly integrated wine. Flavors of lavender, cedar, tobacco, cassis and cardamom reveal themselves layer after layer.

Food Pairing

A Classic Cabernet perfectly suited for elegant cuts of beef, lamb, and game meats.
